Post On Profile Wall

Cannot delete post on my profile wall. Came from a friend. Will not delete with arrow showing "hide" - Block-- Mark as spam". It is an article that came from Washington Post Social Reader. Have tried everything. Thanks for help. My Browser in Google Crome.
