2. Although you've submitted this as a Facebook problem, this does not sound like a Facebook message. It very likely is a scam, perhaps following an intrusion (hacking). I note this is the second time you've posed this question. It's hard for us to help you if you don't give complete information about the message, including where it came from and what links were given you.
3. If indeed your Facebook account was locked by Facebook, you may want to file the report at http://www.facebook.com/help/contact/?id=357439354283890. Or if you suspect hacking, go to www.facebook.com/hacked.
