How Do I Reactive My Facebook

my facebook got hacked with the send money scam. i deactivated it 5ish weeks ago. i want to reactivate it. all the faq tells me is log back in with old password. i do not remember my password. and when i try to have it reset it keeps telling me "accound disabled" HELP!!!!!
