Go to http://www.facebook.com/help/448016908560157 for instructions on reporting an issue. Otherwise, there are three ways of obtaining help from Facebook:

Navigate from www.facebook.com/help to a section most likely to answer your concern. A few of these offer email support.

The only phone number that I have found is 650-543-4800 for FB Customer Support. I cannot guarantee, however, that you will reach a live voice to speak with though.
