I Cant Receive Texts On My Phone Out Of Min . So I Cant Verify The Code Fordevic

My log in for my facebook doesnt recognize the device im logging in from(my laptop)because of cookies. but that isnt the problem , its that facebook wants to send a text with the code to my cell phone but im out of minutes on my prepaid cell. so i cant receive the code to type in. what can i do
