How Do I Regain Access After Password Recovery?

I went through all the steps in the forgot password part but i didnt have access to same email or phone so i entefed a new number i click on the thing it sent through a text message and do the log in and it just takes me to the screen saying i will recwive a text message and follow the link to verify my new number. How do i get back into my account since its just taking through the same things over and over. I jave tried for hours and it just wont let me log all the way ib
