Removing Birthdate From Facebook Timeline

I tried deleting my birthdate from my facebook timeline (Timeline, About, Contact & Basic Info, "Only Me", Save Changes) but it did not work. Can you help me with this? Thanks. My birthday is tomorrow and I would like to have it taken off today. Thank you.
