I Have Sent Them 2 Forms Of Id.

I have sent 2 forms of ID but they keep saying i have not sent then. They keep closing my case and have deactivated my fb. All I did was forget my password and ask to reset it. I use my phone for everything they never asked me my security question and they just keep sending me the same email over and over. I really need back in to my Facebook please help.

If you are unable to properly send your ID using the provided contact form, then you can simply reply to the same email you received informing you that they did not receive your ID.
