I Am Suddenly Not Able To Upload Photos From My Iphone To Fb.

I have spent several hours on FB trying to resolve this issue, to no avail. Have downloaded the updated version of the app from iTunes, gone through all the help questions and answers, tried the suggestions posted on the discussion page, but I don't seem to have the same drop down selections available.
