I Turned My Personal Profile To A Business Page By Mistake. Can I Change It Back

My organization has a profile that we need to change to a page, so I was checking out FB's new function that converts a profile to a page automatically. I was signed on as myself, though, and when I meant to just be looking at the tool to see if we wanted to use it, I turned my own profile into a page by mistake. I retained all of my friends, but now they are "fans," and I lost all of my photos (except my profile pic) and other various posts. I want my profile back!
