Unable To Change Back By Previous Name After The Name Has Change By Hackers.

My account has been hacked by someone and NAME has changed to Adm Centre. The profile photo also being uploaded to facebook logo. I has changed back the profile photo but the NAME unsuccessfully changed. Please change for me the NAME as soon as possible because I dont want to be misleading by friends. The hackers were using my account to send some messages to other people and put some kinds of links in the messages to hack people chips on Zynga Poker game. This was the same reason my account got hacked after I clicked the message in the message inbox facebook. The message misled by telling me that I have violated the Zynga Poker game rules. In fact I didnt. There is a link in the message that tell me to click if the message is sent by mistake or if i dont violate any rules. After clicking the message, a screen pop-out and ask me to key-in email and password for facebook. I thought it is a necessity. Unfortunately I got caught by this trick. And all my chips in Zynga Poker game gone. I discovered this after about two hours when I couldnt login with the same password on my facebook account a few times. I got no choice but to reset the password. After relogin, and found that all the chips were gone. Later I found also my profile picture and display name were changed. I quickly login to my email account and change the password as well as facebook password. All these happened in between 2nd July and 3rd July. The next day I found out that my facebook account has sent a few messages and my email account also sending some malicious messages with a link in each message. I got to change the passwords for email account and facebook account again. I am still worry that some kinds of malicious activities have done in my accounts. Is there something else I got to do? Please help me to change my display NAME in facebook as soon as possible. Thank you.

You can submit a name change request through the "Name" section of your Account Settings page. Please note that Facebook reviews each name change request that is submitted, and may take some time before making a determination.

Facebook has many restrictions that might result in disapproval of your name change. These are laid out here.
