Unable To Log In From My Phone

For the last several days, my daughter has been unable to log in to Facebook from her phone. She keeps getting an error message that reads "you have exceeded the maximum number of invalid login attempts that we allow for your account." She has emptied her cache and all her cookies to no avail. Is there something else we can do? Please help.
