Unable To Log On

I have one email address to log on and one email address to receive my emails which I also receive face book notifications my password was forgotten so tried to change it but facebook keeps sending my conformation number to the email address that Olof on to not my address that Does receive face book messages and I've been on this merry go round for over a week is there a way I can get my password changed thru text or is there another way
