I Have Been Unable To Sign On To Facebook For 2 Days Now. What Gives?

I get a screen that says site is temporarily unabvailable and they hope to resolve the problem soon. Its way past soon now.

I have been seeing this from many users for the last few days. So you are not the only one having the same problem.

More than likely they are updating software and or security. Facebook has been making alot of changes since Anonymous has threatned to hack their network. Here is a site that will tell you if Facebook is down due to maintenance or if it is a computer problem on your end. http://downrightnow.com/

Thanks Siren! I was able to get through to an FB message machine and told them. Don't know if it had an effect, but it was back on after 48 hours. I could not find anyone I knew who had lost FB.
