Unknown People Being Sent Messages From My E.nail Address

In my e.mail outbox it looks like i am sending multiple e.mails to unknown address i have definately not, sent these e.mails please can i have some advice. this is most worrying, because i am afraid it may be sending confidential files from my computer.
