Unwanted Fake Friend Request....spyware Bogging Down My Computer Only In Fb

hello how do i remove unwanted friendd request ? it seems to change all the time from "singles requests" to "XOXO " " challenges" "spy" "Kisses" " ique test" i have my apps turned off if you touch the notifcation it takes you to someother pop up pages its not on my wall its no one I have Friended but it shows up right under friends on my side left bar......its some sort of spyware and it bogs down my coumper really bad ONLY when I have facebook open at the same time otherwise my computer sreams if im in FB chat i can barely tpye a return message the curser blinks and i cant even use the scroll ball on the right to scroll down the page.....I can log out of FB and go anywhere on the net and everythings fine........this all has to do wih FB im ready to delete my account anyone now what I need to do ? I ran anti spyware sweeps and it say i have none
