Used My Cell# To Activate Daughter's Acct, Now Can't Add It Bk To Mine...

I used my cell # to activate my daughter's account since she doesn't have an actvated phone that can recieve sms. Now I can't get it back onto my account. I deleted it from her account, but it will not verify again under mine. I need it activated on mine, she does not. I need an email or way to contact FB to resolve this issue. She doesn't need mobile access, it was the only way to fix this as I had an extra acct. I used to use for games a few years back & only wanted to change the username.
