Won't Reset My Account So I Can Log In

Can't receive confirmation code on cell phone and can't remember all of friend's names on facebook which one or the other is required to know to be able to log back on. Have been at them for two weeks to reset my account. Keep getting reply that my account is not disabled and to contact the help section. Have asked them for two weeks to reset my account, but to no avail. This is the worse customer service I have ever received from any company I have dealt with. Personally, I think they should be put out of business.
