I Can't Block A Person, Who Is Spying On My Profile - Why Not?!

Hey! I've blocked a lot of people who are spying on me by "typing automation lab." in the "block informations" site on facebook, but now whenever I try to block them, I just get the message "Blocking failed". I'm really not happy about the fact that I can't seem to block people, who I don't even know! Can anybody help me? :( Best regards Jane Cramer Skov from Denmark.
