I Changed Mmy Login Details On My Mobile And Could Not Remenber Them.

iv locked my self out of facebook iv put the wroung login details in on mt laptop i change them on my mobile and the laptop was saying they was wroung details and I'd put them in roung and i tryed to reset passward and it did not wark at all and i need help.
