Co-owners Not Facebook Savy

MY Co-owner and I both want our comapny to appear on our own personal facebook accounts right now it is on mine and I also want it on hers as well how do i do this. Please help!!!

Go to your personal Facebook. Click the cogwheel next to "home" to "use Facebook as" your company's page (the one you want your co-worker to be able to access). Once you are on the company's page, click "edit" and then click "manage admin roles". Enter the email address of your co-worker to make them an admin of the page as well. Now, both of you should be able to access the company's page from your personal Facebook accounts.
