Why Doesn't Fb Take Their Customers Seriously?

Wednesday, I get an email from FB asking if I was in another part of the world and would I allow anyone to play poker in Indonesia? I replied back absolutely not! I changed my password. The next morning, I try and log in and see that my picture is there, but my last name is changed and so is my email. I try and contact FB and am told to provide verification of who I am. I find out that this woman changed her location to Indonesia. Does it take a brain surgeon for FB to realize that the same person they were asking me about the day before has hacked me and I have to prove who I am? They send verification codes to three of my friends but only two get them, and I email them..get no response. I figure I'll try and send in the two codes I have anyway and the page no longer exists. I have contacted FB no less than a dozen times while this woman goes on a spending spress with my money playing poker. FB takes no responsibility? They absolutely should when they ignore paying customers and let hackers run amok!
