This is a frequent error that occurs on Facebook. It can be caused by malware or viruses but it can also occationally be fixed by purging your browser cache.

From IE use the Tools menu, then Internet Options, on the General tab click the delete button under browser history.

On Firefox use the Tools menu then Options and Privacy. Delete the bwoser history.

Also try running these 3 free anti-malware programs
1- Malwarebytes (do a full scan)

2- Trojan remover
http://www.simplysup.com/tremover/download.html
3- Hitman pro
http://www.surfright.nl/en
and fix all they find.

Occationally you may need to reinstall IE or Firefox to clear the error.
