Hi!

Instead of using your mobile to get facebook security code, I advised you to use your email address.

After entering your email address correctly click the "search" button. Click the Reset Password button to send security code to your email.

You can then, search on the inbox of your email. If not in there, look in the spam and or junk folder.

You can also look from this link that may help you get the code easily
