I Forgot My Password, And Facebook Sent Me A New One.

When I go to put in the new password and create a new one, it says invalid. Now, I can't change my password on my PC and scared that I will be locked out. Every now and then when I log on to my computer, Facebook asks me to login again, even though I've checked the "remember me". Also, I downloaded the FB app for my blackberry and it's prompting me to log in again. Same thing, I can't get into it, because it's saying invalid password. Any help is greatly appreciated.
