my mums account has been hacked in to and someone has changed the password and her profile picture what should i do next

If you believe your account has been hacked but your login email address is useable, you can secure your account by resetting the password from this page, or by selecting the "Forgot your password?" link that appears above the password field on the login page. An email will be sent to you with steps for completing the process.
