Heeelp ! I Cant' Change My Name On Facebook, It Just Says Not Approoved

I changed my name by a mistake at facebook, and now i can't change it back, I tried another surname, and than it worked, but that wasn't my surname, so I tried again but it just keep on saying that facebook won't accept my changes, WHAT DO I DO ??? PLEEAASE HELP ?? ! I'm thinking of deleting my whole profile

Here are the guidelines for name changes that might suggest a reason for disapproval:

Your full first and last name must be listed. Nicknames can be listed if they are a variation of your first or last name, but only in the format "First Name ‘Nickname’ Lastname."
Accounts are for personal use only. To represent a celebrity, business or brand, you're asked to create a Facebook Page. A Page is for representing a real public figure, artist, brand or organization, and may be created by an official representative of that entity. More information about Facebook Pages may be found here.
Professional and religious titles are not allowed in account names.
You're allowed to list your maiden name as your alternate name on the Account Settings page. However, account names that include "was," "nee" and "formerly" are not allowed.
Accounts can represent one person only. Accounts representing groups, families or couples are not allowed.

Facebook admits to sometimes rejecting name changes in error, so it invites appeals. You can submit your request for further review by clicking here.

this kind of works for some people

what you do is you change the first name first then the last name...people i told have tried it worked for them but for me it didn't change my last name...but FB doesn't trust my names since i change them like once every month but try this....
