My Home Page Won't Load? And Lately I Had Too Many Disconnections. Help

Dear Madam/Sir, I wish someone help me solve this problem once and for all. Today i can't load my home page and can't collect or comment on the feed. Lately the system was giving me problems. While i chat with my friends and play zynga game the page suddenly freeze and an error pop up appears. Please Help Regards Alexia
