Im On My Ps3 And Im Trying To Log In To Fb But Forgot My Password

my husband has been the only one who used it under my email so now when i want to log in under my email his fb pops up. i would like to log on but idk remember what's the password bcuz its already comes threw my phn and i haven't used it sice i started
