I Am Locked Out Of My Facebook Acct! How Can I Get Back In?

I lost access to the email acct associated with my Facebook acctand forgot my password as well as the answer to the security question. How can I get back in???

You can request a password reset by clicking the "Forgot your password?" link located near the "Login" button on the login page. Facebook will then send you an email with a link to reset your password. (This information is from this Facebook page, which may provide additional guidance.)

You may also be able to get into your account by getting help from friends. Details are here.
