Mobile Device Registration And Confirmation For Sms Text

I have been trying for 2 days to set up my cell phone to facebook. Have entered the codes that were sent to my mobile # and each time i keep receiving "sorry too many incorrect guesses" this is getting very annoying. May be switching over to MySpace very quickly. Every suggestion under the facebook HELP topic is not helping whatsoever!!!!!
