Nivedita Alex-the Delete Message Button Is Not Showing Up In My Message Menu. Ev

The delete message button is not showing up in my message menu. Even the "Action" option does'nt showup as per the reply to the answer of he above question !How do I make it re-appear? infact delete,forward,mark spam, block non of the buttons are showing
