Why Do Photos I Post Go To My Wife's Wall And Not Mine??

Because you are signed into your wife's account, not yours.

Greetings - I agree with what TomSelect said. You need to go to the top right corner of the facebook page and click on Account and then click on logout. After this you will be presented with a login screen - type in your Fecebook Id (email/cell number), then your password and click login. If you are using the same device with your wife, you must uncheck the box next to "Keep me logged in). In this way every one of you will have to login first and thus preventing mistaking one's account for the other. Hope this helps.
