Script Running Slowly

latly when i go to facebood to check my facebood pages or play my games on face book which i love but every day i need to get on i get this window say stop running script is slowing you down and then freezes up. can you please help me as this is my only way to comunicate with kids and basically my only entertanment, thank you mary jo pietron

Allowing or disallowing scripts can be controlled with your browser's security settings. If you use Firefox, the NoScript extension will afford easy flexible control.
