Your sister is permitted to view her Facebook page on any computer. I'm guessing your problem is that you can't bring up your own page but see hers. To solve, clear your browser's cache an cookies, and restart the system.

Sign out of your sister's Facebook page using the log out button. You will then be able to sign into yours using your user name and password.

If you don't have a Facebook page and want it gone completely, sign out of her Facebook and delete your browser's cache & cookies by going to "tools" in the browser options.
