Can't View Current Usage
I am unable to view my current usage details; minutes, msgs,data, on the myfamilymobile website. I get an error message "The information is currently unavailable". I was able to view current and past details until 2 weeks ago, after a PW change. Have tried clearing cookies and cache, checked java and popups etc. and tried another browser. Customer service repeatedly says they're aware the website's down (it's not) and I should have access in 48 hrs. I've always had access just can't get CURRENT usage details. Can anyone help me? Thank you in advance!
