You Charged My Credit Card But I Did Not Receive My Tickets!

Sign in to your Fandango account and go to your purchase history. If your tickets are there, you can download them to your mobile device.
If you still can't find your tickets, contact Fandango customer service. They will be able to help you troubleshoot the issue and get your tickets.
Here are the steps on how to request a refund from Fandango:
Go to https://www.fandango.com/returns.
Enter your order number and email address.
Select the reason for your refund.
Click on the "Submit" button.
Fandango will process your refund within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method.
The refund and exchange policy for your theater is 30 minutes prior to the posted showtime. So, you can still get a refund if you contact Fandango before the showtime.
