I'm A New Customer I Have 2 Orders Coming To My Home By September 4 2015
Please help I live in a apartment building with about 400 people fingerhut stated that my first delivery will be sent to my front door not my rental office what could I do as a customer they couldn't tell my weather it would be UPS or the postal device delivering the packages help

If the package has not yet been sent, you should be able to modify the address by phoning Fingerhut. See the contact information here: https://www.contacthelp.com/Fingerhut/customer-ser... If it's been sent, Fingerhut should be able to identify the carrier. If the rep can't or won't help, ask for a supervisor. Be polite but insist. Then call the carrier.
