Bad Link To Reset Password

I forgot my password and when you emailed me the link,the link is no good does not work. So how do I reset my password?

When you attempt to login, you will notice the "forgot password" icon. Make your selection and enter your email address. Within a few moments, you will receive instructions on how-to reset your email address. Follow the link and update your password.
