There Is No Picture On The Tv With My Smart Cycle, Though We Have Sound.
We have tried fiddling with the cables, but think it is the cartridge connector, because some of the cartridges do not work at all. Can we get a replacement part for the cycle and fit it ourselves? What else can you suggest? (batteries are brand new).
