Hit Very Large Bolder Rock At Food Lion, Help.....
My husband hit one of the very large bolder rocks going out of Food Lion on Jake Alexander blvd., Salisbury NC , so is Food Lion responsible for the damage to his truck as he did not see the rock . The rocks are not marked with any bright colors and it is very hard to see them going out of that side of parking lot. It is located on the side entrance of Food Lion so I'm not sure who put them there. I just would think by law there should be some other kind of barrier marked with yellow paint .
