Truck Keep's Stalling Out.

My Truck keeps stalling out. and the fuel pump keeps shut'en off. I could push the rest button and it would come back on. I thought the fuel pump was going out. So I put a new one in it. But It's still doing the same thing. Something keep kick'en the fuel pump off. I put a code reader on it and it say's 0 codes. So could you please help. Tell me any idea what you think it could be. Thank you.
