Doors Wont Stay Locked. Why Not?

I just purchased a used 2010 Transit and the doors will lock with the remote but they immediately unlock. Any ideas as to what i need to check besides the doors not being shut all the way? Any defective parts that I should look for?

A possible solution is to check the wiring harness in the offside rear door this is commonly caused by a broken ground wire or sometimes by the pin switches on the side loading door, one way or other the central locking system detects a door isn't shut.
