Civil Attorney In New York Handling Civil Remuneration From Shoplifters

My son was caught shoplifting at Fred Meyer - Aurora Avenue, Shoreline, WA, United States. We are dealing with the criminal repercussions. I received a letter, from an attorney representing Fred Meyer, requesting payment of Civil Damages. Unfortunately, I lost that letter over a month ago, In those 45+ days, I have tried every way imaginable to find out what the name of the law firm is, so we can pay the civil penalty. Your Customer "Service" reps have been openly hostile, or, promise to send a copy of the letter, email me, call me, contact me in every yway possible , and not one of them have taken the time to follow up on my request. I live in the small town, Snohomish WA, and shop several times weekly at the Snohomish Station store. The assistant manager knew who I was when I called and threatened to expose this event to humiliate me, then HUNG UP ON ME. When I called back and asked to speak to her Manager, she refused to give me her full name, and hung up on me again. I just want the contact for your loss prevention legal rep in New York.
