Water Will Not Empty After Cycle Has Finished
Clothes still wet and water did not empty!

Most likely problem is the pump. You can access it from the front. Remove front panel of washer on the bottom. The pump is on the right hand side with hoses going to it. It is sometimes possible to clean it. It has a trap and sometimes something gets in to jam the impellers. To check it you can hook it up to 110 vlts with a jumper and see if it works. This would be the first thing I would check.
