I Connected To Multiple Outlets. I Am Seeing Same Issue. As Suggested By You, I
will look at compressor and capacitor connections. Do you think it could be main board?

Hi! It would not matter whatever outlet you are connected to if it leads to the same circuit breaker. Please try to plug it in a socket with a dedicated 25A or higher breaker and see if it still trips.
