Washer Keeps Pausing
I have a washer that keeps pausing. It works fine for some loads and other loads it pauses every 4-5 minutes. Is there any way I can fix it? The washer is only 1 month old.

Hello ccbergen! Based on what you are describing, it sounds as if your washer may be in demo mode. To return to factory settings, press the Start/Pause and Select buttons at the same time and hold until the signal sounds. Let me know if this helps!
