Unit Says Door Is Open But It Is Closed And Switch For Door Is Fine.

Hello Anonymous-119152, thank you for your post! I understand that your door indicates it is open and your washer will not operate. Try resetting the unit by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately 2 minutes and turn on the washer. Select a normal cycle and verify if the washer will start. If the washer will not operate then it possibly have a faulty door lock assembly or a communication problem with the control board. Contact a professional to move forward accurately.
