Hello myrtalgonzalez2, thank you for allowing me to assist you!

I am unable to pinpoint your exact model number, however if the oven door is locked with door closed, try pressing the CLEAR/OFF or CANCEL button in for approximately three seconds if your range is a touchpad model.

If you have a knob type range control, I suggest starting a self-clean cycle. Then turn the stop time knob to the off position.

If the above items did not assist you in resolving the issue, then try disconnecting power to your range and then reset your appliance by either unplugging it or flipping the breaker off. It is necessary to wait roughly ten minutes and then turn your range on.

I ask that you please follow up with a response on the post, at your convenience, to advise if further troubleshooting is needed or if the unit’s status has changed successfully.

Best of luck!

Chris
