The Freezer On My Frigidaire Model Lghc2342lf Is Too Cold (-14).

The above pretty much says it all. Refrigerator temp is 35 degrees (which is what it is set to. It sounds like the compressor is running all of the time. I do feel air flow in the refrigerator.

jwwaterman,

So I see that your freezer area is staying too cold while the refrigerator is staying at the set temperature. What I would do to start, is give the refrigerator a hard reset for at least 3 minutes. You will do this by either unplugging it or cutting the power off at the circuit breaker. After the 3 minutes has passed, cut the power back on. The appliance will be beeping at you stating there was a power failure. You will want to press the alert reset button so it will stop beeping. From there you will want to press and hold down the "Factory Default" button for 3-5 seconds. You should hear a beep and on the temperature display screens you should see 0 degrees on the freezer display and 37 degrees on the refrigerator display. It will go back to showing the actual temperatures after you have done this. Give it about 4 hours and see if the freezer temperature starts to rise to the set temperature of 0 degrees. If you are not noticing any change, I would call a local authorized technichian to come and take a look at your refrigerator.

-Best Regards-
